GiantBuilt was founded by fitness and nutrition experts who have taken their knowledge and applied it to creating an environment where their teachings can be executed. GiantBuilt has a friendly approach in it’s fitness classes, whether it be Crossfit style classes, boot camp style classes or individual training sessions where members gain the optimal results. At GiantBuilt the environment is contagious, with members encouraging each other to push themselves to be their best they can be.

  • Every G2 class is open to beginners. No experience necessary.

  • Prior to taking G1 , each member must complete our on ramp program. You can choose a 4, 6, or 8 session On Ramp program.The On Ramp is the course that teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during WODs.

  • Please arrive before class starting time.  First timers arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Latecomers are not guaranteed admission.

  • Class schedules are subject to change.

  • Class Preregistration is required.

Your path to self-betterment starts with a Bright Spots session: what are you already doing right? How can we use those Bright Spots to leverage improvement…how can we help you get used to success?

Key to the perfection of technique and effective scaling of workouts is the Coach.  Our coaches are fully dedicated to providing athletes of all ability levels, regardless of age or gender, the guidance necessary to find true success along the road to achieving and surpassing fitness goals.

g1 (CrossFit)

High intensity at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from Cardio and Gymnastics to Powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Everyday brings something new, so get ready to get after it.


Fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics and lifting movements for a high energy bootcamp style workout. Perfect for any level of fitness with guidance from our distinguished coaches.


Barbell club, the Olympic weightlifting class at GiantBuilt teaches correct technique, strength work, and drills to improve on the clean & jerk and snatch, resulting in increased muscle strength and power.
