CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Every Sculpt class is open to beginners. No experience necessary.

  • Prior to taking g360 , each member must complete our on ramp program. You can choose a 4, 6, or 8 session On Ramp program.The On Ramp is the course that teaches the foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during WODs.

  • Please arrive before class starting time.  First timers arrive 15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Latecomers are not guaranteed admission.

  • Class schedules are subject to change.

  • If you plan it, it becomes real.  Class Preregistration is required.
