Crystal is a former Barstarzz member and NPC Bikini competitor and currently enjoys staying fit, strong, and healthy. She has a wide array of knowledge in all areas of fitness due to her diverse background and is a nutrition guru as well. Her sense of humor and passion for fitness is contagious and you can count on her to always put a smile on your face.

Debbie found Crossfit many years ago and fell in love with olympic weightlifting. Her precise macro counting and healthy eating has allowed to her consistently make gains and hit PRs. On the weekends you’ll find her at Whole Foods getting ready to meal prep for the week to come!

Jesse fell in love with fitness, yoga, and crossfit as a result of a motor vehicle accident many years ago. Doctors told him he would never be able to exercise again but due to his sheer willpower and consistency in the gym, he was able to fully recover and even surpass his previous achievements.

Nicolas Dromard

Nick grew up dancing from a young age and participated in various sports including soccer and gymnastics. He discovered Crossfit in 2013 and loved every second of his first lung burning WOD. His favorite things in life is helping his athletes achieve their goals and helping them hit their PRs.

Natalie is a former winner of Survivor: San Juan del Sur and has even appeared on The Amazing Race. She enjoys spending time lifting heavy weights, listening to country music and cursing. Her vibrant energy and enthusiasm makes each of her classes action packed and full of spice.

Rick is an avid skier and snowboarder. He discovered Crossfit in college when he was overweight and was determined to becoming fit and healthy. Ever since then, Rick has lost over 80 pounds and has been an inspiration to us all.

Lana is a crossfit veteran and guru. She is extremely patient and her impeccable attention to detail allows her to break down movements step by step. On the weekends she enjoys spoiling her cats and driving her Tesla. Although she nay seem small, she packs a serious punch.
